My 90 Day Challenge - I will be coming out of retirement and I am getting back to the old Lindsay Messina! My focus is eating 5 smaller meals per day and to train like an athlete 5 times per week. My goal is to tone, condition and put on 5 lbs of lean muscle on my body. Then I am stepping back on stage and competing at the WBFF World Championships for the Bikini DIVA World Title.
The key to my 90 Day Challenge will be traveling, building my business and making sure I stay on track with my meals and training. After the competition, I will focus on keeping the weight off that I put on in the last 9 months and making sure I stay on top of my goals month to month. I'm using the Fit Kit during my challenge - Enjoy my journey :)
